"I don't want a bunch of yes men around me. I want people to tell me the truth, even if it costs them their job" - Sam Goldwyn
Introduction:
What do you do if you find out that your Company is breaking the law, polluting the environment, and exporting illegal arms? What do you do if the management turns a blind eye or threatens you with your job? What do you do when you see discrimination being practised or you are being sexually harassed? One of the most difficult things to do is to raise issues upwards. The risk is great and one must examine the reasons behind the decision and the consequences of taking it. This course will allow exploration of the issues and provide a platform for action if appropriate. Companies who ignore such issues are treading a dangerous path. Better to face reality than paper over cracks.
