This workshop is a fast introduction to team working and the way you manage your energy. The definition of a team is a group of people who work willingly together to create Synergy to achieve mutually agreed objectives. A high performing team is a blend of people with diverse backgrounds and different skills working together to provide a service that delights clientsThis workshop enables you to examine your performance in more detail and the effect that you have on your colleagues, the organisation and your customers.

- A mix of short and medium length outdoor tasks which simulate the working environment and become increasingly more complex and time critical
- On-task and post-task reviews which stimulate feedback and disclosure
- Short theory sessions that teach Teambuilding concepts Individual and Team Action Plans

Outcomes:
By the end of thecourse delegates will
- Accepted a learning contract incorporating trust, honesty, respect and mutual support.
- Understood the quality of personal energy and how it combines to form team synergy
- Be aware of how they divide their time and energy between task, team and individual needs
- A method for analysing the stages of their respective work teams
- Will know the main roles that they prefer to play in a team and those areas that they need to work on.
- Constructed a TEAM SKILLS INVENTORY and CHANGE GRID§ Been taught the concept of Johari’s Window and the value of disclosure, feedback and new experience
- Been taught a structured method of disclosure, practised it and contracted to use it in the future
- Been taught a structured method of feedback, practised it and contracted to use it in the future
- Carried out two experiential tasks with subsequent reviews
