Barry Thorogood

Barry founded Team International in 1990 and is a majority shareholder. Previous to that he was Senior Partner at Cornelyn International where in 1978 he pioneered Outdoor Management Development.

Simone is the Programmes Director. She is a Mountain Leader, Single Pitch Rock Climbing Instructor, British Orienteering Federation Instructor, Senior River Kayak Instructor, and experienced in leading trips in canoe’s, sea kayak’s, seacliff climbing and gorge walking.

Tony O'Dea

Tony started off his career as an international athlete with the British Biathlon team (Cross country skiing and shooting) in 1988. He worked closely with the British Olympic Medical Centre, sports psychologists and a variety of coaches from the UK and Eastern Europe during his six years with the team.

Susie is Princess of Operations. She prefers this title to Director of Operations. She liaises with clients, consultants and tutors. Susie is responsible for organising courses, booking venues, arranging exhibitions and maintaining the website. She is the wind beneath our wings.
