I am an experienced trainer, working with organisations to design and implement personal development programmes for their employees, using outdoor situations and experiences to develop a range of management skills.
I am also an experienced practitioner of the Alexander Technique, which can be applied in the workplace to reduce absenteeism by resolving physical and stress-related problems, caused by working environments, equipment and operational systems.
Over the last 20 years, I have worked with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, both for myself and as an Associate with other training organisations.
I have worked with employees at all levels within organisations, from shop floor operatives, through to senior management teams and I am comfortable working with groups, as well as operating on a one-to-one basis.
